What does the product do?
It is software that connects to your brokerage account and can place and manage trades for you according to automation rules you turn on and limits you set. We are not a broker and we do not take custody of your funds.
Do you hold my money?
No. Your money stays with your broker. We use the access you authorize (typically API credentials or EA style links, depending on your setup) so execution happens in your account at the broker.
Which brokers or platforms are supported?
We focus on serious FX setups. Compatible brokers depend on integrations we ship for your workspace. Start from the dashboard to see supported options for your signup, and ask support if yours is not listed yet.
How do I connect my account safely?
You connect once through our guided flow using credentials scoped to trading only wherever the broker allows it. Use strong passwords, enable broker side security controls, rotate keys if exposed, and never share OTPs.
Does automation trade around the clock?
Markets vary by instrument and broker session hours. If your rules stay enabled, automation can monitor and execute when liquidity and broker rules allow it. You can pause or tighten limits anytime.
Can I control risk?
Yes. Expect controls for sizing, stops, equity guards, kill switches, and similar limits in the dashboard. Exact controls depend on your plan and broker. Nothing removes market risk.
Will I make guaranteed profits?
No. Automated trading carries real loss risk. Prior results never guarantee future outcomes. Budget only capital you can afford to lose and read the broker risk disclosures.
Is this financial advice?
No. We provide software and tooling, not personalized investment advice. You decide whether to automate, how much capital to expose, and which rules fit your objectives.
Who is responsible for losses?
You are responsible for decisions in your account. We run what you authorize in software. Legal responsibility may also depend on your region and brokerage terms.
How does billing work?
Pricing and billing modes will ship with product launch on this marketing site. For now assume a subscription or usage tier and check the Pricing page once available.
Can I disconnect or delete automation?
Yes. Disconnect from the dashboard, revoke broker side API access as well when you fully leave, and keep records of what was enabled.
